Swami (Dr.) Parthasarathy, the Founder Chairman, Ramakrishna – Vivekananda International Foundation, a monk of the Ramakrishna Cult since 1996 is an eminent personality of management academia in India and abroad. Swamiji is an embodiment of high spirituality with diversified, versatile intellect on one hand and a unique combination of Indian traditional spiritual culture and modern dynamic thoughts on the other. He is the visionary, unparallel missionary, who proved his versatile leadership by establishing the Ramakrishna – Vivekananda International Foundation. 

An MBA in International Business and Ph.D in Management from University of Chicago, Swamiji has also done his D. Litt in indigenous management techniques. In addition, he also chairs and holds different prestigious portfolios in several national and international bodies. He has also been awarded the highest honour of Indian Management Fellowship (FIMA) by All India Management Association (AIMA). Several universities in India and abroad has honored him by conferring the Honorary D. Litt on him diversified contribution. 

Being an eminent man of management academia, he is associated with several world institutions and universities for research and training. His exponency in management science, corporate governance, strategic management of global trade, and human values and ethics in management is well recognized throughout the corporate and business world.

Presently, he has diverted all his energy and efficiency towards propounding indigenous management techniques for Indian sub-continent. His book ‘Practice of Management in the light of Bhagvad Gita’ is the Compendium from his lecture series as the endeavour of that dimension.

Swamiji has developed different management training modules that are widely accepted in the country and abroad. He has authored several books of which “Human Values & Management” is one of global repute.

Swamiji is the disciple of eminent exponent of Kriya Yoga, His Holiness Swami Satyanand Giriji Maharaj.

Swamiji himself is a learned scholar of Vedanta and Raj Yoga. Over and above two and half decades (25 years) he has taken the monastic vows after leaving the high level administrative post in Govt. of India.

Such a pious noble in character, very rare in this pursuit.

After leaving the high profile life he has transformed the life into new dimensions of divinity and has established an unprecedented communion with individual sole and supreme Brahmanan.

Out of 24 hours, most of the time he spends in meditating the supreme self.

Swamiji one of the founder member and member of International Councilor Governors of Ramakrishna - Vivekananda International Foundation since the time of its inception.

He is ‘14th Lok Sabha Member’ from Berhampore (West Bengal) Constituency. It is his 3rd time in the parliament of India. Shri Choudhary, is a embodiment of philanthropy and charity.

Shri Chouddhary, is the member of Board of Governing Trustees and International Council of Governors and also a Member, Central Board of Trustees and International Central Council of Ramakrishna -Vivekananda International Foundation.

His love for the poor and down trodden has brought him into the stature of ‘Masiha’, the rehabilitator, the rescuer of deprived and unprivileged. His association with RKVIF is from that level of activities and performance towards the service to the society and national at large. His contribution to the nation building and effort for upliftment of the weaker section is unparallel.

Shri Chanda is the Founder Governing Trustee and the Member of International Council of Governors since the time of its inception. His contribution for formation of this International organization was unprecedented and who always stood behind the Founder Chairman in each and every aspect. 

He is a noted advocate of Supreme Court of India. He is Masters in Applied Science and Doctorate of Law from University of Delhi.

Shri Chanda, an ardent devotee of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission. He is a congenial follower of Ramakrishna - Vivekananda, who started his early life by doing the intensive ‘seva’, service and rendering the diversified services to Ramakrishna order.

He is well known for his unique ‘seva’, services to the saints and monks in the Ramakrishna Cult.

Dr. Bohra is a Member, Board of Governing Trustee, the International Council of Governors and Central Board of Trustees, the International Central Council of Ramakrishna Vivekananda International Foundation.

Dr. Bohra’s heal of working for the left over children and down trodden people attracted him to RKVIF. He was an active team member for the conducting of RKVIF National Convention at Delhi and Pune (Pune chapter), and National Congress at Delhi. As a Additional Secretary General, he has initiated and guided in the formation of North-Western Regional council at Chandigarh. 

He has gathered his teaching experience as a guest and visiting faculty at Haryana Institute of Public Administration, Gurgaon, Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, Fore School of Management, New Delhi, Sri Sharda Institute of Indian Management - Research, New Delhi. He is also a Member of Board of Governors, SriSIM, New Delhi.

Shri Hitender Narang is a Member, Board of Governing Trustee, the International Council of Governors and Central Board of Trustees, the International Central Council of Ramakrishna Vivekananda International Foundation.

Shri Hitender Narang has been working in Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited {HUDCO} for the last 25 years. He has served HUDCO in various capacities. Presently, he is working as Secretarial Officer. He is responsible for overall office Administration and Management of CMD Office. Coordination, protocol, liaison, networking, travel arrangements are part of his duties.

Shri Hitender Kumar Narang is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University; Master of Arts is {Public Administration} from Rajasthan University; Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from National Labour Law Association, New Delhi and Bachelor of General Law from Kurukshetra University.

Shri Sharma is also a Member, Board of Governing Trustee, the International Council of Governors and Central Board of Trustees, the International Central Council of Ramakrishna Vivekananda International Foundation.

Shri Anil Kumar Sharma was Ex. Vice President, U.P. State Youth Congress and also Ex- Organiser, Uttaranchal State Youth Congress.

Dr. Nandi is also a Member, Board of Governing Trustee, the International Council of Governors and Central Board of Trustees, the International Central Council of Ramakrishna Vivekananda International Foundation.

Dr. Nandi is the Director of SriSIM. Before joining SriSIM, he was providing Consultancy & Training Services to several organisations and he has over 37 years of work experience in Govt. / Corporate sector. He is Coach –cum-Educator in Strategic Change Management, Business Process Innovation, Quality & Productivity Management. Prior to join in SriSIM he had served as a Director General in National Productivity Council, Ministry of Industry & Commerce, Govt. of India.
